You will need to bring your reference number and documentation to the registration at the Salvation Army location provided at the date and time provided. If you do not bring this information, you will not be eligible for the Christmas Cheer program.

Can I apply for my friend?
You can assist your friend in completing the online application, however they will need to bring their reference number to Salvation Army registration location as well as their photo ID.

I have children over 12, why can't I add them?
The Salvation Army Christmas Cheer program is only for children who will be 12 years old or younger on December 25th.

What if I do not have the required documents?
Unfortunately, to be eligible for the Christmas Cheer program, you must have the documents required. If you have documentation which meets the requirements, but is not listed on the online application, you will need to complete an application in person during the registration.

What are acceptable proofs of age, address, or guardianship?
For child's proof of age, only a birth certificate will be accepted. For proof of address, a government ID with your current address, or a piece of mail. For proof of guardianship, only court documentation will be accepted.

When do I pick up my food and gifts?
You must register at the Salvation Army during the registration time. You will then receive a specific date and time to pick up your gifts and food. It will be sometime in December.

Will I get the gifts I requested?
The gifts you select are only preferences. The Salvation Army has no way of determining what gifts each child will receive.
